Photoshoot Contract

*Please read, print out and sign the following agreement to bring to your shoot

If the client is under 18 years of age:

(For parent or guardian): I ________________ (name here) agree to allow Hannah Cardew to use the pictures taken of your son or daughter for her professional use. This would include putting the pictures on her website, instagram or using them for any other advertising purposes. I will pay the photoshoot fee that includes the photographer’s time and talent. The federal copyright laws protects copyrighted images, therefore I agree to not print the images, because it is against the law to print pictures that are under her copyright, even if your son or daughter are in the pictures. You can however buy prints from Hannah. I also agree to not re-edit the pictures from the shoot, that Hannah worked hard on to edit.

You can however buy prints from Hannah. I also agree to not re-edit the pictures from the shoot, that Hannah worked hard on to edit.
